The owner of several existing self-storage facilities throughout Montana wanted to broaden his self-storage empire and purchased another (4) Regency Steel mini storage buildings to house a new location in East Helena.
Purchased in April of 2023, the buildings bring another (93) storage units to western Montana, supplying a growing need for storage space driven by community growth, companies increasingly going remote and similar factors. Durable and modern in appearance, the mini storage buildings have rugged 29-gauge steel partitions breaking up their interiors into individual storage units.
They also feature framing that can support firewalls and several customizations that help prevent leaks and condensation, including gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to their roofs. The buildings in this self-storage complex come in the following sizes.
Building A:
35’x372’x12.54’/14; single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch
Building B:
50’x300’x16’; gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch
Building C:
40’x175.5’x14.33’/16’; single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch
Building D:
40’x121.5’x14.33’/16’; single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch
Each storage unit offers private access via one of (31) 10’x12’ or (62) 12’x14’ Model 1000 mini storage doors. Both steel storage buildings also meet local building code requirements, boasting 30.1-psf roof snow loads and 115-mph wind ratings.
Located in Lewis and Clark County, East Helena sits roughly 65 miles northeast of Butte.
