Designed for standard storage use, the 30’x240’x8.5’ custom mini storage building boasts durable, long-lasting steel construction, resulting in optimal protection for the goods renters store inside. The building has (48) 10’x15’ storage units available for rent, and each unit offers private access through one of (48) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors.

Gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control on the building’s metal roof panels help protect everything stored inside against moisture, mold and mildew, and the building also features 29-gauge steel partitions with Galvalume finishes, which break up the inside into private, rentable units. Engineered with the climate characteristics and building codes of the area in mind, the mini storage building also boasts a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 36.12-psf snow load.

Located in San Juan County, the city of Blanding is a gateway to some of Utah’s most visited national landscapes and parks. It is part of the Four Corners area; about an hour’s drive from Moab and Arches National Park.
