A client in Oglethorpe, Georgia, purchased this Regency Steel metal mini storage building for use as a self-storage facility in March of 2023.

All (20) storage units inside the 25’x100’x8.5’ building are 10’x15’, and each has its own 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage door. Constructed using rugged, 26-gauge PBR paneling, the storage building offers optimal protection for important home goods, personal items or business assets while giving renters peace of mind their items will be accessible whenever they need them.

The self-storage facility has 29-gauge Galvalume partitions that divide the inside into individual storage units. It also has several upgrades that help prevent water leaks and condensation, including gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control, which repels moisture from the mini storage building’s roof panels.

Regency Steel also engineered it with a 3.5-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind load in accordance with local building codes. A small city in south-central Macon County, Oglethorpe sits across the Flint River from Montezuma, Georgia; roughly 190 miles west of Savannah.
