Regency Steel Buildings manufactured and delivered this prefabricated steel mini storage building to a business owner in Warren, Maine, in January 2023.
Spacious and secure, the building contains (30) storage units for rent in four different sizes and caters to consumers with traditional storage needs. Standing 30’x100’x8.5’, the building has a hardy, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a modest 0.5:12 pitch overhead, and inside, it contains the following storage unit mix.
- (6) 10’x20’ storage units
- (6) 10’x15’ storage units
- (6) 10’x10’ storage units
- (12) 5’x5’ storage units
Each unit has one of either (18) 9’x7’ or (12) 4’x7’ mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches, and there are also heavy-duty 29-gauge dividers separating each storage unit in the facility from the next.
The mini storage building also has several customizations that help keep it watertight, including gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to the self-storage facility’s roof panels. The mini storage building also complies with local building codes, featuring a 117-mph wind rating and a 42-psf roof snow load.
Located in southern Maine, the town of Warren is part of Knox County. The smaller villages of Warren, East Warren and South Warren all part of the larger town of Warren.
