Fabricated by Regency Steel Buildings, Inc., the insulated, energy-efficient building offers unparalleled strength and durability and provides premium protection for renter goods stored inside. Comprised of durable, high-quality steel parts, the metal mini storage building is 60’x115’x9.5’ in size and has a Polar White exterior and a painted Galvalume gable roof with a 1:12 pitch delivering protection from above.

Inside the self-storage building are (50) rentable storage units in a variety of different sizes. Distributed throughout the steel building are (10) 5’x10’ storage units with 3’x7’ framed door openings, (20) 10’x10’ units with 8’x7’ framed door openings and (20) 10’x15’ storage units, also with 8’x7’ framed door openings. There are also (3) 5’ interior hallways with painted panels providing inside access to the storage units.

Each storage unit has its own door, and in total, the mini storage building contains (6) 4’x7’ White entry doors with panic hardware, (10) 3’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches and (40) 8’x8’ Model 650 mini storage doors, also with stainless-steel latches. All mini storage doors in the complex are Royal Blue in color, and there are rugged, 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes separating each storage unit from the next.

Other notable customizations include 4” of WMP-VRR-faced wall insulation, which enhances interior comfort while lowering the business’s energy bills, and gutters and downspouts, which help guard against condensation and water damage. The steel mini storage building also has a 115-mph wind load and a 3.5-psf snow load in line with local building codes.

Located in Limestone County, the city of Mexia sits about 40 miles east of Waco and about an hour-and-a-half drive from the Dallas – Fort Worth metroplex.
