Regency Steel Buildings provided this pre-engineered mini storage building in Millboro, Virginia, in early September of 2016.
Boasting polar white paint, the mini storage building is created using high-end steel components and stands 20’x70’x8.5’ in size. It now serves as part of the Bath County Storage mini storage complex. Overhead, keeping stored goods and building users protected from the elements, is a rugged, hardwearing Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 pitch, and distributed throughout the building are (11) 9’x7’ framed openings, each equipped with one of (11) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors.
In consideration of the typical climate of Millboro, a snow load of 30 lbs. and a wind speed of 115 mph are included as additional mini storage project features. An unincorporated community within northern Virginia’s Bath County, Millboro lies about 71 miles outside Roanoke and 24 miles from Lexington.
