This 10x80x8.5 CSW-brand mini storage building was supplied by Regency Steel Buildings in 2013 to a customer in Milton, Vermont.
It features (16) interior 5×10 units, (16) 4×7 mini storage doors and a single-slope, Galvalume roof with a 2:12 roof pitch. The metal mini storage building was constructed with a wind load of 90 MPH C, a 40 lb. roof snow load and solar guard roof insulation. The heavy snow load is due to Milton’s location in northwestern Vermont and the town’s excessive annual snowfall. To avoid condensation caused by the substantial snowfall and seasonal snowmelt, the storage complex also includes gutters and downspouts.
