Regency Steel Buildings supplied these four CSW-brand buildings which together comprise a mini storage complex in Milton, West Virginia. Milton is a small town in Cabell County located about 10 miles from Barboursville and seven miles outside Hurricane.
The complex’s original two metal buildings were purchased in 2011 and two more were added in 2012. All four structures have R-8 roof insulation, wind loads of 90 B, ground snow loads (GSL) of 43 lbs. They are 20’ wide and 8.5’ tall and varying in length 40’ or 80’. The mini storage complex has a total of thirty 9’x7’ roll-up doors and four 4’x7’ roll-up doors. All four buildings are gray in color with upgraded crimson-colored galvalume roofs with a ½:12 pitch.
