Durable, spacious, and climate-controlled, the Regency Steel Buildings, Inc. mini storage building stands 40’x60’x14’ once raised and now functions as a self-storage business. Comprised of quality, heavy-duty steel parts, the mini storage building has protection overhead thanks to a hardwearing Galvalume gable roof with a modest 4:12 pitch.

Distributed throughout the steel building are (11) framed door and window openings that let building users and natural light inside. Included are (1) 12’x12’ door opening holding (1) 12’x12’ insulated overhead door with a chain hoist, (4) 5’x5’ window openings, (5) 4’x4’ window openings, and (1) 3070 opening housing (1) 3070 walk door with a lever lock.

Additional building customizations include 18” eave and rake extensions, long-life roof fasteners, and a high-performance, R-30 double-layer roof insulation system. The walls of the self-storage building also hold 6” of R-19 insulation. The building also has a 115-mph wind rating and a roof snow load of 12.6 psf.

Situated within Carroll County and the Ozark Mountains in northwestern Arkansas, Eureka Springs lies about 11 miles from Berryville and 35 miles outside Rogers.
