Fabricated by Regency Steel Buildings, the sustainable, ultra-durable mini storage building stands 25’x200’x9.5’ once constructed and has (40) storage units available for rent inside. Comprised of rugged, hardwearing steel components, the building provides reliable protection for stored goods, and overhead, it features a corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a modest 1:12 pitch.

Each of the (40) storage units is 10’x10’ in size, and each has a 9’x7’ framed door opening holding one of the (40) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches. There are also (2) 4070 framed door openings housing (2) 4070 steel entry doors with panic hardware offering general access into the self-storage business. Additional mini storage building features include 26-gauge hallways, which provide access to each storage unit, and heavy-duty 29-gauge Galvalume partitions that separate one storage unit from the next.

Gutters and downspouts help preserve the building’s structural integrity by diverting moisture away from the roof and foundation, while a high, 147-mph wind rating keeps it compliant with building codes currently in place in Howard County.
