Tan in color, it has an attractive exterior that draws the eye from the road, and overhead, it features a hardwearing Hunter Green gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch and a 40-year paint warranty. The roof also has DripX condensation control pre-applied to its panels, which helps prevent water damage while preserving the structural integrity of the building.

The Regency Storage Systems mini storage building contains (9) 10’x20’ storage units that are available for rent, and each unit has a 9’x7’ framed door opening providing access inside. The self-storage facility also has ultra-durable 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes dividing its interior and creating separate storage units.

A 10.5-PSF snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional customizations made in line with local building codes. Located in the Ozarks region of south-central Missouri, Mountain Grove sits about 67 miles outside Springfield, Missouri, and about 20 miles south of Manes.
