Comprised of durable, sustainable steel components, the spacious Regency Steel Building’s mini storage building offers unmatched strength and durability and provides reliable protection for assets stored inside.

The building, was designed to provide additional income for a self-storage business, has a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof providing protection from above, and there are (221) storage units available for rent throughout. There are heavy-duty, 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes dividing the storage units, and each storage unit has its own access point. In total, there are (221) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latch hardware distributed throughout the facility.

The self-storage building has several customizations that help prevent condensation, including gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to the roof panels. A 3.5-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional features added in adherence to local building and engineering codes.

Located in northeastern Texas, the city of Paris is part of Lamar County. It sits about 104 miles northeast of Dallas and about 92 miles northeast of Frisco.
