Now operating as a self-storage facility, the Regency Steel Buildings mini storage building offers unsurpassed structural integrity and contains (237) storage units for rent in a variety of different sizes. When constructed, the mini storage building is a spacious 180’x200’x9.5’ in size, and overhead, a hardy, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a modest 0.75:12 pitch offers protection from the elements.

Inside the steel mini storage building are (2) 5’x5’ storage units with 3’x7’ framed door openings, (7) 5’x10’ units with 3’x7’ framed openings, and (3) 5’x15’ storage units with 3’x7’ framed door openings. Also included are (114) 10’x10’ units with 8’x7’ framed openings, (80) 10’x15’ units with 8’x7’ framed openings, and (20) 10’x20’ units with 8’x7’ framed door openings.
