Engineered to protect renter goods from southern Arizona’s intense heat and sunshine, the mini storage building is 65’x240’x16’ and has a painted, corrosion-resistant roof designed to accommodate solar panels. It features large storage units with doors tall and wide enough to accommodate RVs and other oversize storage needs and has (32) storage units available for rent.

The self-storage building has (16) 15’x30’ and (16) 15’x35’ storage units, all of which have 29-gauge partitions separating one from the next. There are also (32) 12’x14’ overhead door openings with (32) 12’x14’ painted Model 1000 roll-coil doors with chain hoists offering entry into each storage unit. The metal mini-storage building also has a 104-mph wind rating in compliance with local building codes.
