Now undergoing use as a self-storage business, the Regency Storage Systems mini storage building stands 20’x80’x8.5’ and offers optimal durability, making it well-suited for protecting renter goods and assets. Light Stone in color, the metal mini storage building has a hardwearing Galvalume gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch overhead, and inside the building are (15) rentable storage units.

The self-storage building contains (14) 10’x10’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed door openings and (1) 10’x20’ storage unit, also featuring a 9’x7’ framed door opening. Filling each door opening is one of (15) 9’x7’ Sandstone-colored Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latch hardware. The metal building also has rugged, 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes functioning as dividers between storage units.

Gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control applied to the roof help protect the mini storage building against condensation and damage. A 21-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional enhancements made in consideration of local building codes and climate patterns.
