Regency Steel Buildings sourced these (4) pre-engineered metal mini storage buildings in Bozeman, Montana, in December of 2020.

Fabricated by Regency Storage Systems, the (4) mini storage buildings offer unmatched structural integrity and together function as a self-storage facility. The first (2) mini storage buildings are identical, with each building standing 40’x300’x8.5’ and sporting a Galvalume gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch. Between them, they feature (120) 10’x20’ storage units, and each storage unit has one of (120) 9’x7’ framed door openings holding Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches.

The second pair of buildings in the self-storage complex are also equal in size, with each standing 50’x300’x11.92’/14’and sporting a single-slope Galvalume roof with a 0.5:12 pitch. Between them, they have (4) 10’x20’ storage units with (4) 8’6”x8’ framed door openings holding (4) Janus Model 650 mini storage doors, (56) 10’x20’ storage units with (56) 9’x8’ framed door openings and (56) Janus Model 650 mini storage doors, (44) 14’x30’ storage units with (44) 10’x12’ framed door openings holding Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (1) 14’x30’ storage unit with (1) 10’x12 framed door opening housing a Janus Model 1000 roll-coil door.

All doors in the mini storage facility are Green in color, and each features its own stainless-steel latch. In their roofs are 2” vapor barriers with heavy-duty WMP-VRR facing, which helps prevent condensation from forming. All (4) Regency Steel mini storage buildings also have 35.2-psf roof snow loads and 115-mph wind speed ratings.

Part of Gallatin County in southern Montana, the city of Bozeman is the state’s fourth largest. It lies about 85 miles east of Butte and about 125 miles west of Billings.
