Now serving as a self-storage facility, the (2) equal-in-size Regency Steel metal buildings stand 40’x180’x14.33’/16’ and feature durable, quality steel construction. Overhead, each mini storage building has a single-slope Galvalume steel roof with a 0.5:12 pitch, and between them, they contain (20) rentable 18’x40’ storage units.

Each storage unit has its own 12’x14’ point of entry enclosing one of (20) 12’x14’ Model 1000 roll-coil doors with lever locks and closers.
