Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (2) prefab mini storage buildings on behalf of a customer in Garfield, Arkansas, in November of 2020.
Together, the Regency Steel buildings create a self-storage facility that generates a regular revenue stream for the building owner. Rugged, economical and easy to maintain, the (2) mini storage buildings offer optimal strength and durability, creating a reliable, secure place for renters to store goods. The first metal mini storage building is 35’x140’x14.9’ in size, while the second is 30’x108’12.5’.
Both mini storage buildings feature sturdy, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roofs with 1:12 pitches overhead, and between them, they feature (19) rentable storage units. Each storage unit requires its own access point, and as such, there are (19) framed door openings between the buildings. Featured are (9) 10’x10’ framed openings enclosing (9) Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (10) 12’x12’ framed openings, each housing one of (10) 12’x12’ Janus Model 1000 mini storage doors.
The (2) steel mini storage buildings also feature several customizations made in adherence to local building codes, including a 15-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating. Situated in northwestern Arkansas’ Benton County, the town of Garfield is part of the Fayetteville – Springdale – Rogers AR-MO metro area. It sits 4 miles southwest of Gateway and about 12 miles northeast of Rogers.
