Regency Steel Buildings sourced these (3) prefabricated mini storage buildings in Austin, Texas, in April of 2022.

Now used primarily for RV and boat storage, the sustainable, low-maintenance Regency Steel Buildings mini storage buildings feature high-quality steel construction, resulting in steadfast durability. The first building in the self-storage complex, Building A, is 10’x200’x8.083’/8.5’, while the second, Building B, is 10’x100’x8.083’/8.5’. The third mini storage building, Building C, is 40’x140’x8.5’ once constructed.

Overhead, each RV and boat storage building has a heavy-duty Galvalume roof with a slight 0.5:12 pitch providing protection from the elements, with Buildings A and B featuring single-slope roofs and Building C, a gable roof. Building C also has gutters and downspouts along its roof, while the roofs of all (4) steel mini storage buildings have DripX condensation control pre-applied to them.

Distributed among the buildings in the boat and RV storage facility are (61) large storage units. Building A houses (18) 10’x10’ storage units and (1) 20’x10’ unit, all of which have 9’x7’ framed door openings offering access inside. Building B houses another (10) 10’x10’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed door openings, while Building C is home to (8) 10’x10’ units, (12) 10’x15’ units and (12) 10’x20’ units, all featuring 9’x7’ framed door openings.

Each storage unit has its own door, and in total, the RV and boat storage facility contain (61) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 painted mini storage doors. A 3.5-PSF snow load and a 115-mph wind rating are additional customizations made in line with local building codes.
