Regency Steel Buildings supplied (2) identical metal mini storage buildings for a self-storage business in Bozeman, Montana.

Delivered in April 2023, the 40’x300’x8.5’ mini storage buildings bring another (120) much-needed storage units to southwestern Montana, providing plenty of space for home- and business owners to store furniture, business assets and other goods. All units in the complex are a spacious 10’x20’ in size, offering 200 square-feet of storage space for each renter, and each has a Wasabi-colored Model 650 mini storage door with a stainless-steel latch.

Inside the Gray buildings with Gray and Charcoal trim, heavy-duty steel partitions create separate storage units, while 2.5” vapor barriers in the roofs help prevent moisture from seeping through the roofs and compromising the buildings’ structural integrity. The roofs also feature gutters and downspouts, which further prevent water damage by diverting moisture away from the buildings’ walls and foundations.

Engineered with Montana’s variable, often snowy climate in mind, both mini storage buildings also feature 38.64-psf snow loads and 106-mph wind ratings. Part of Gallatin County, the city of Bozeman is the state’s fourth-largest and sits roughly 85 miles east of Butte.
