Trio of Steel Mini Storage Buildings Supplied in Cantonment, Florida

Regency Steel Buildings fabricated these (3) metal mini storage buildings for a self-storage facility in Cantonment, Florida.

Delivered to the business address in March 2023, these robust structures enhance the storage facility’s capacity by (498) storage units and offer new levels of climate control and durability to meet the diverse needs of its renters.

All three mini storage buildings feature galvanized framing, which strengthens the structures against the challenges of weather and time, ensuring longevity and structural integrity. The sturdy framing also makes the buildings more resilient to Florida’s diverse climate conditions, from humid summers to occasional tropical storms.

All three new mini storage buildings supplied for this project also have 6” of roof insulation and 4” of wall insulation with a vapor inhibitor. This helps regulate temperature while serving double-duty as a robust defense against moisture, mold and mildew.

Adding a touch of aesthetics to functionality, the mini storage buildings feature bright Sunset Orange wind-rated doors. Beyond their vibrant appearance, these doors stand strong against the region’s windy conditions, enhancing style as well as security.

All three self-storage buildings also have gutter systems, downspouts and DripX condensation control on the roofs. The gutter systems effectively channel rainwater away, while DripX condensation control serves as a proactive measure, ensuring that condensation doesn’t compromise the storage environment.
