Mini Storage Buildings Supplied in Cashmere, Washington

Regency Steel Buildings delivered these (4) mini storage buildings to an address in Cashmere, Washington, in April of 2022.

Used for mini storage, the highly customized Regency Storage Systems metal mini storage buildings provide durable, secure places for consumers to store goods they do not immediately need or do not have room for at home. The first mini storage building in the complex, Building A, is 20’x270’x7.666’/8.5’ in size, while Buildings B, C, and D all stand 30’x240’x9.5’.

Overhead, each steel mini storage building has a hardy, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 0.5:12 pitch protecting goods stored inside. Building A’s roof sports, a single-slope design, and all others, a gable design. The metal mini-storage buildings also contain storage units in varying sizes.

Inside Building A are (27) 10’x20’ storage units, and each has a 9’x7’ framed door opening offering access inside. Buildings B and C together feature (8) 20’x12.5’ units with 8’6”x7’ framed openings and (88) 20’x12.5’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings. Between them, they also have (4) painted 4070 entry doors offering access inside.

The last building in the self-storage complex, Building D, contains (1) 5’x12.5’ unit with a 3’6”x7’ framed opening, (23) 5’x12.5’ units with 4’x7’ framed openings, (3) 10’x12.5’ units with 8’6”x7’ framed door openings and (33) 10’x12.5’ with 9’x7’ framed door openings. Each storage unit has its own entry point, with the facility containing (1) 3’6”x7’ mini storage door, (23) 4’x7’ mini storage doors, (11) 8’6”x7 mini storage doors, and (148) 9’x7’ mini storage doors, all of which are the Janus Model 650 variety.

The self-storage complex also has (40) 12’x14’ Model 1000 roll-coil doors with chain hoists and heavy-duty 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes distributed throughout. Building A also features 12” base and eave steps, while all (4) metal mini storage buildings have 100-mph wind loads and heavy-duty 48.72 snow loads in accordance with local building codes.

Located in Chelan County, Cashmere is part of the Wenatchee – East Wenatchee metro area. The community sits about 11 miles southeast of Leavenworth and about an 80-mile drive from Moses Lake.
