Mini Storage Buildings Supplied in Cole Camp, Missouri

Regency Steel Buildings was proud to supply these (3) mini storage buildings in Cole Camp, Missouri, in March of 2022.

Containing a combined (27) large storage units, the climate-controlled, highly customized Regency Steel mini storage buildings together serve as a self-storage facility. All (3) mini storage buildings feature high-end steel construction, with the first standing 20’x120’x7.667’/8.5’, the second, 20’x108’x8.5’/9333’, and the third, 20’x96’x8.5’/9333’.

Overhead, all (3) self-storage buildings feature rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume single-slope roofs with modest 0.5:12 pitches. They also have 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes separating the storage units inside them.

Inside the first mini-storage building is (10) 12’x20’ storage units, while the second building houses (9) 12’x20’ storage units with 10’x7’ framed door openings. The third steel mini storage building houses (2) 12’x10’, (2) 12’x15’, and (2) 12’x20’ storage units, all of which have 10’x7’ framed door openings.

Each storage unit needs its own door for renter access. In total, the self-storage building features (27) 10’x7’ Model 944 mini storage doors in Royal Blue, all of which sport special door header trim.  Additional building customizations include a White Solar Guard roof vapor barrier on the roof of the first building and gutters and downspouts along the roofs of all buildings in the complex, which help protect the structures against condensation.

A wind load of 115 mph and a snow load of 21-PSF are additional accommodations made to all buildings in the self-storage facility in line with local building codes. Located in Benton County, the small city of Cole Camp sits roughly 104 miles north of Springfield and about 62 miles outside Jefferson City.
