Regency Steel Buildings fabricated and delivered the kits for this pair of steel mini storage buildings to a client in Milledgeville, Georgia, in May of 2023.
Both buildings are ideal for customers with traditional self-storage needs, and the second and larger of the two structures is also climate-controlled, making it well-suited for housing temperature-sensitive items. Polar White in color with Black trim and Satin White doors, the buildings feature (65) storage units between them and generate a steady stream of revenue for the owner.
Both mini storage buildings have rugged, 29-gauge Galvalume partitions serving as walls between storage units. The second and larger building also features White 26-gauge hallway panels.
Building A is 40’x100’x8.5’ and has a gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch. Inside, it has:
- (4) 10’x10’ storage units
- (18) 10’x20’ storage units
Building B is 70’x100’x9.5’ and also has a gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch. Inside, it has:
- (18) 10’x10’ units
- (20) 10’x20’ units
Building B also features (1) 20’x10’ loading dock, and all units in the self-storage complex have private access through one of (65) mini storage doors with a stainless-steel latch. Regency also engineered both metal mini storage buildings to adhere to local building codes, adding 4.2-psf snow loads and 115-mph wind ratings.
Part of Baldwin County in central Georgia, Milledgeville sits 30 miles northeast of Macon and about 25 miles southwest of Sparta.
