Regency Steel Buildings provided this pre-engineered steel mini storage building in Perryville, Arkansas, in April of 2022.

Fabricated by Regency Steel Buildings, Inc., the pair now serve as mini storage buildings and provide reliable protection for items stored inside. Both buildings are equal in size, standing 20’x100’x8.5’ upon erection, and each has an attractive, Desert Sand-colored exterior with complementing Burnished Slate trim. Both mini storage buildings also have rugged Galvalume gable roofs with 0.5:12 pitches offering overhead protection.

The interiors of the (2) steel mini storage buildings differ to some degree, with the first building in the self-storage complex, Building A, containing (4) 5’x10’ storage units with 4’x7’ framed door openings and (18) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ framed door openings. Meanwhile, Building B houses (20) 10’x10’ storage units, each of which has its own 9’x7’ framed door opening.

Each storage unit has its own access point, and distributed between the (2) buildings are (4) 4’x7’ and (38) 9’x7’ mini storage doors. All mini storage doors are Bronze-colored Janus Model 650 varieties and include stainless-steel latch hardware. There are also heavy-duty 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes functioning as dividers between storage units.

Other customizations include gutters, downspouts with kick-outs, and DripX condensation control pre-applied to the buildings’ roofs, all of which help preserve structural integrity by helping prevent the formation of condensation. The self-storage buildings also have 10-psf roof snow loads and 115-mph wind speed ratings in compliance with local building codes.

Located in central Arkansas, Perryville is part of Perry County and the Little Rock – North Little Rock – Conway metro area. The community sits about 43 miles outside Benton, Arkansas, and about 44 miles from Little Rock.
