Attractive and contemporary outside and spacious and well-designed inside, the buildings feature sturdy galvanized framing, upgraded, painted roof panels and 29-gauge steel partitions separating the storage units inside.

All (157) storage units in the complex have Model 650 doors, and all five steel mini storage buildings have DripX pre-applied to their metal roof panels, helping guard against condensation.
