Durable and structurally sound, the Regency Storage Systems metal buildings come in two different sizes, and together, they all function as a self-storage business. There are (2) 30’x192’x9.25’/10.5’ mini storage buildings and (10) 30’x200’x8.5’ self-storage buildings, although some of the interiors of the larger mini storage buildings differ.

Overhead, all (12) buildings have durable Galvalume roofs with 0.5:12 pitches, although the two smaller buildings have single-slope roofs, while the (10) larger structures have gable roofs. Between them, the (2) smaller mini storage buildings contain (32) 10’x12’ storage units with 10’x9’ framed openings.

The remaining (10) steel mini storage buildings contain (24) 5’x10’ units with 4’x7’ framed door openings and (272) 10’x15’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings. Each storage unit has its own door, and in total, the self-storage facility features (48) 4’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors, (384) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors and (32) 10’x9’ Model 650 mini storage doors, all of which feature stainless-steel latch hardware.

Separating the storage units are hardwearing, 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes, some of which are moveable. The buildings all also feature gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control on their roofs, helping prevent condensation and water damage. The Regency Steel mini storage buildings also boast 42-psf roof snow loads and 115-mph wind speed ratings.

Located in eastern Idaho, the city of Rexburg is part of Madison County. It sits about 28 miles southwest of Idaho Falls and about 32 miles east of Terreton.
