Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (7) steel prefabricated mini storage buildings in Sperry, Oklahoma, in March of 2022.

Fabricated by Regency Steel Buildings, the (7) structures feature high-quality steel construction, and together, the serve as a self-storage business. The first mini storage building, Building A, is 50’x126’x13.917’/16, and overhead it has a Galvalume single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch.

Building B is 65’x140’x14; and has a gable roof with a 1:12 pitch, and Building C is 40’x136’x16’/17.66’ and has a single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch. The fourth and fifth metal mini storage buildings, Buildings F1 and F2, each stand 30’x78’x14’/15.25’ and sport single-slope roofs with 0.5:12 pitches. The sixth building in the mini storage complex, Building F3, is 20’x60’x8.5’/9.33’, while Building F4 stands 30’x78’x14’/15.25’, and both have single-slope roofs with 0.5:12 pitches providing protection from above.

In terms of storage units, Building A contains (9) 14’x50’ units with 12’x14’ framed door openings, while Building B houses (13) 5’x10’ units with 4’x7’ openings, (10) 13’x30’ units with 11’x12’ openings and (10) 13’x35’ units, also with 11’x12’ openings. Inside Building C are (4) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ framed door openings and (9) 14’x40’ storage units with 12’x14’ framed door openings.

Buildings F1 and F2 each contain (6) 13’x30’ storage units with 11’x12’ framed door openings, while Building F3 houses (6) 10’x20’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed openings. The last building in the complex, Building F 4, contains (6) 13’x30’ storage units with 11’x12’ framed door openings.

In total, the self-storage facility contains (73) doors that offer renters access into their specific storage units. Included are (13) 4’x7’ doors and (10) 9’x7’ doors, all of which are Janus Model 650 models with stainless-steel latch hardware. There are also (32) 11’x12’ and (18) 12’x14’ roll-coil doors with stainless-steel latch hardware offering access into the storage units.

Additional features and upgrades include 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes, which separate the storage units, and gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control on the roofs, all of which help protect the buildings against condensation. All (7) Regency Storage Systems steel buildings also feature 7-psf snow loads and 115-mph wind speed ratings.

Located in northeastern Oklahoma, Sperry is a suburb or Tulsa. Part of Tulsa County, Sperry sits 10 miles north of Downtown Tulsa and about 27 miles outside Broken Arrow.
