Engineered by Regency Storage Systems, the durable, secure metal building will serve as a self-storage facility. Comprised of hardwearing, damage-resistant steel parts, it is an expansive 30’x372’x8.5’ once raised and inside, it has (31) rentable storage units.
The roof of the metal mini storage building has a gable design and a 0.5:12 pitch, and it is comprised of robust, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel panels. The roof provides reliable protection for the (31) 12’x30’ storage units inside, and each of those storage units has one of (31) 10’x8’ framed door openings enclosing one of (31) 10’x8’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors.
To help prevent condensation and water damage, the mini storage building also features gutters and downspouts and DripX condensation control applied to its roof. Regency Steel also engineered the building to comply with all building and engineering code requirements in place at the property address, adding a 115-mph wind load and a 7-psf snow load.
Situated in south-central Oklahoma, the city of Chickasha is part of Grady County. It lies 18 miles southwest of Blanchard and about 42 miles from Oklahoma City.
