5-Building Mini Storage Complex Supplied in Prescott Valley, Arizona

A client in Prescott Valley, Arizona, wanted to open a self-storage facility in central Arizona and purchased these (5) Regency Steel mini storage buildings to house it in August of 2022.

The mini storage buildings contain a combined (95) storage units in a variety of sizes, making the facility well-suited for customers with traditional as well as RV, boat or vehicle storage needs. The buildings all have modest 0.5:12 roof pitches and heavy-duty steel partitions with top trim breaking up their interiors into individual storage units. Each storage unit has its own Model 650 mini storage door providing private access inside.

Engineered to meet or exceed local building code requirements, the metal mini storage buildings also feature 115-mph wind ratings and 30-psf roof snow loads. Regency also delivered Arizona engineer-stamped foundation designs for all buildings in the storage complex to maximizes stability and ensure strong foundations.

Prescott Valley is in central Arizona and sits about 85 miles north of Phoenix.
