Mini Storage Duo Supplied in Lakeview, Ohio

Regency Steel Buildings, Inc., constructed and supplied this pair of steel mini storage buildings in Lakeview, Ohio.

Delivered in June of 2023, the buildings bring another (80) much-needed storage units to west-central Ohio, giving residents and consumers with traditional storage needs a safe, secure place to store belongings they lack space for at home or at work. The mini storage buildings both feature removable, 26-gauge steel partitions that can create storage units in different sizes. They also have gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control on their roof panels, all of which help protect renter goods by keeping them dry and free from mold or mildew.

Building A is 30’x200’x9.5’ and has a gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch. Inside, it contains:

• (11) 10’x10’ storage units
• (18) 10’x15’ storage units
• (11) 10’x20’ storage units

Building B is 20’x200’x8.5’ and has a gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch. Inside, it contains:

• (40) 10’x10’ storage units

All renters retain private access to their storage units through one of either (40) 9’x8’ or (40) 9’x7’ mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches. Both metal mini storage buildings also feature 115-mph wind ratings and 16.8-psf snow loads; maintaining compliance with local building codes.
