Regency Steel Buildings supplied this steel mini storage building in Marshfield, Missouri, in August 2022.

Now a 200-unit self-storage facility, the building is 125’x160’x9.5’ and features 4” of WMP-VRR-faced insulation in its roof and walls, keeping goods stored inside at consistent temperatures. The self-storage building has Light Stone paint and a Sand-colored standing-seam roof with a 0.5:12 pitch, and inside, it has the following unit mix.

(16) 5’x10’ storage units with 4’x8’ framed door openings
(50) 10’x10’ units with 8’x8’ door openings
(16) 10’x20’ units with 8’x8’ door openings
(16) 10’x25’ units with 8’x8’ interior door openings
(16) 10’x25’ units with 8’x8’ exterior door openings

Regency also supplied the doors for this self-storage facility, all of which are a bright Cedar Red. There are (18) 4’x8’, (101) 8’x8’, and (1) 10’x8’ Model 650 mini storage doors and another (4) 4’x7’ entry doors with panic hardware distributed throughout. Heavy-duty steel partitions separate the storage units in the building, and gutters and downspouts help prevent condensation.

The buyer verified building codes in the area before purchasing this building and Regency engineered it with a 21-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind rating as a result. Part of Webster County and the Springfield metro area, Marshfield sits about 27 miles northeast of Springfield.
