The latest in a series of Regency Storage Systems mini storage buildings supplied for the same customer, this particular building boasts top-of-the-line steel construction and stands 20’x110’x7.88’/8.5’ when raised. It has an attractive, Fern Green-colored exterior, and overhead, it features a durable, damage-resistant Galvalume single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch

Inside, the steel mini storage building contains (11) 10’x20’ storage units for rent, and each features a 9’x7’ framed door opening enclosing one of (11) 9’x7’ Fern Green Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches. There are also heavy-duty 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes serving as dividers between storage units.

Other customizations include a 29.4-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind load, which maintain compliance with local building and engineering codes. Part of Montcalm County in Michigan’s Lower Peninsula, the city of Greenville sits about 34 miles from Grand Rapids and about 53 miles east of Muskegon.
