The second metal mini storage building purchased by the same customer, this particular Regency Steel self-storage building is 65’x100’x9.5’ when erect and offers superior structural integrity, resulting in reliable protection for goods stored inside. Overhead, the mini storage building features a painted gable roof with a slight 0.5:12 pitch, and inside, it contains (50) rentable storage units in several different sizes.

Distributed throughout the steel mini storage building are (3) 10’x15’ storage units with (3) 8’x7’ framed door openings, (36) 10’x10’ storage units with (36) 8’x7’ framed door openings and (4) 10’x10’ storage units with (4) 3’x7’ framed door openings. Each door opening encloses its own mini storage door, and in total, the building boasts (46) 8’x7’ Royal Blue Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches, (4) 3’x7’ high-glass White Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches, and (4) high-glass White 4070 half-glass steel entry doors with panic hardware and lever locks.

Dividing the storage units are heavy-duty, 29-gauge partition panels, and 26-gauge Polar White panels also line the building’s hallways. The metal mini storage building also has several climate-related customizations, including gutters, downspouts, a 3.5-psf roof snow load and a wind speed rating of 115 mph.
