Regency Steel Buildings supplied this trio of identical metal mini storage buildings for a business owner in Macomb, Illinois.

Purchased in May of 2023, the buildings contain a combined (96) storage units for rent and are ideal for renters with traditional storage needs. Each building is 30’x150’x8.5’, and each has Gray exterior paint, a Brilliant White roof and a combination of Brilliant White and Gray base and eave trim boosting its curb appeal.

All buildings have heavy-duty 29-gauge steel partitions setting each storage unit apart from the next one, and they also have gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control on their roofs, helping the buildings stay watertight. Inside, each building in the complex contains the following storage unit mix.

• (16) 10’x10’ storage units
• (6) 10’x15’ storage units
• (10) 10’x20’ storage units
