Boasting a finished size of 40’x120’x8.5’ with a 0.5:12 roof pitch, the prefabricated steel building now serves as a mini storage complex. It houses (24) units including (12) on each side wall, and all of the units are 10’x20’ in size. Additional features of the metal mini storage complex include 26-gauge roof and wall sheeting, as well as, trim, bracing and Model 650 Janus mini storage doors.

Molt, Montana experiences long, sometimes bitterly cold winters and considerable snowfall, and with this in mind, the metal mini storage building was designed with a wind speed of 90 mph, a ground snow load of 43 lbs. and a roof snow load of 30 lbs.

Molt is an unincorporated community located within Stillwater County, in south-central Montana. It lies about 144 miles outside Bozeman and 25 miles from Billings.
