Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (3) steel buildings to a customer in Monument, Colorado in late May of 2014. Together, they serve as a mini storage center.
All (3) Regency-brand buildings are light stone in color with Galvalume roofs and 1:12 roof pitches, although they vary in size. The first building stands 20’x80’x12’, the second, 25’x90’x12’ and the third, 30’x90’x12’. The pre-engineered buildings feature a variety of different doors sizes. Some of those found among the buildings are 3’x7’, while others are 4’x7’, 6’x7’, 8’x7’ and 10’x10’.
Additional features of the metal buildings include a curb wall, a retaining wall and numerous steps, and in consideration of Monument’s often harsh and unpredictable weather patterns, the buildings all have a wind speed of 100 mph and a ground snow load of 40 lbs.
Monument, Colorado is a fast-growing town located within El Paso County, in central Colorado. It lies about 10 miles from Colorado Springs and 50 miles outside Denver.
