Regency Steel Buildings sourced this pair of prefabricated self-storage buildings in Moses Lake, Washington, in February of 2022.
Durable, low-maintenance and customized to meet the buyer’s wishes, the Desert Sand-colored steel mini storage buildings each stand 40’x200’x8.5’ in size when raised. They house (52) storage units between them, with 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes separating one storage unit from the next. Overhead, each Regency Steel building has a robust, corrosion-resistant gable-style Galvalume roof with a 0.25:12 pitch offering protection from the elements.
Both metal mini storage buildings have the same floorplans. Between them, they contain (16) 5’x10’ storage units with 4’x7’ framed door openings, (18) 10’x15’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed openings and (18) 10’x25’ storage units, each with a 9’x7’ framed door opening. Each storage unit has its own point of entry, with (32) 4’x7’ and (72) 9’x7’ Bronze-colored Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latch hardware distributed between the self-storage buildings.
Both buildings’ roofs also have gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied, helping keep them dry and free from condensation. A 110-mph wind speed rating and a 25.2-psf snow load are additional features added in accordance with local building codes.
Located in central Washington’s Grant County, the city of Moses Lake sits north of the Columbia National Wildlife Refuge. It sits about 26 miles northwest of Othello and about 30 miles outside George.
