Mini Storage Buildings Supplied in Moses Lake, Washington

Regency Steel Buildings was the supplier of this trio of mini storage buildings in Moses Lake, Washington in November of 2020.

Engineered by Regency Steel Buildings, the metal mini storage buildings together function as a self-storage business and provide a steady stream of revenue for the property owner. Durable and built to last, the first mini storage building, Building A, is 20’x180’x8.5’, while the second, Building B, is 40’x190’x8.5’. The third metal self-storage building, Building C, is 30’x200’x8.5’ when raised.

All (3) mini storage buildings have hardwearing Galvalume gable roofs with 0.5:12 pitches providing protection from above, and they also feature rugged, 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes that serve as dividers between storage units. In total, the self-storage business contains (119) rentable storage units in a variety of sizes. Inside Building A are (4) 5’x10’ units with (4) 4’x7’ framed door openings and (17) 10’x20’ units with (17) 9’x7’ framed openings.

Building B contains (16) 5’x10’ storage units with (16) 4’x7’ framed door openings, (17) 10’x15’ units with (17) 9’x7’ framed openings and (17) 10’x25’ units, also with (17) 9’x7’ framed openings. Inside Building C are (12) 5’x10’ units with (12) 4’x7’ framed openings, (18) 10’x10’ units with (18) 9’x7’ openings and (18) 10’x20’ storage units with (18) 9’x7’ framed door openings.

Each storage unit has its own painted door and stainless-steel latch. In total, the mini storage complex has (32) 4’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors and (87) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors. The buildings also feature several climate-related customizations, including gutters, downspouts and 115-mph wind speed ratings.

Part of the Moses Lake – Othello combined statistical area, the city of Moses Lake is part of Grant County, in central Washington. It sits about 20 miles southeast of Ephrata and about 80 miles north of Richland.
