Durable and engineered for their specific geographic location, the (2) Regency Steel Buildings mini storage buildings together function as a self-storage business. Comprised of sustainable, high-quality steel parts, the first structure, Building A, is 20’x70’x8.5’ when raised, while the second building, Building B, is 30’x70’x8.5’.

Protecting items stored inside from overhead are durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roofs with slight 0.5:12 pitches, and both roofs have DripX condensation control pre-applied to their panels, which helps prevent water damage while lengthening the lifespans of the buildings. There are also heavy-duty 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes functioning as dividers between storage units.
