Engineered by Regency Steel Buildings, the (5) structures offer unmatched strength and durability and together serve as a self-storage facility. All (5) mini storage buildings are different sizes, with the first standing 30’x92’x14.75’/16’, the second, 30’x132’x14.75’/16’ and the third, 30’x36’x14.75’/16’.
The fourth metal mini storage building is 30’x192’x14.75’/16’ in size, and the fifth is 60’x108’x14.75’/16’ once raised. All (5) self-storage buildings feature hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roofs with 0.5:12 pitches overhead that provide reliable protection from the Ohio elements.
Each rentable storage unit requires its own point of access. Found throughout the self-storage business are (48) 10’x12’ framed openings enclosing (48) Janus Model 1000 mini storage doors and (1) 6’x7’ framed door opening. The buildings all also feature several enhancements made with respect for the climate characteristics and building codes in place in the area, including 25-pound snow loads and 115-mph wind speed ratings.
