Regency Steel Buildings provided this pre-engineered steel self-storage building for a customer in Newton, Mississippi in early November of 2020.
Durable, low maintenance and insulated to enhance energy efficiency, the Regency Steel Buildings mini storage building features top-of-the-line steel construction and is 45’x140’x9.5’. Providing protection overhead is a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch, and inside the steel self-storage building are (51) separate storage units.
Each storage unit has its own point of access. Found throughout the self-storage business are (40) 9’x7’ framed openings enclosing (40) Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (11) 4’x7’ walk door openings containing (11) 4070 steel entry doors.
In the roof is a 6” layer of insulation, while the walls of the self-storage building contain 4” of insulation.
