Inside the steel mini storage building are (3) 5’x15’ storage units, each of which has one of (3) 4’x7’ framed door openings. Filling those framed door openings and providing individualized access into each unit are (3) 4’x7’ Maroon Model 650 mini storage doors. There are also rugged, 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes functioning as divers between the storage units.
The self-storage building also complies with all building and engineering codes currently in place in North Tazewell, boasting a 33.11-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
