Now in use as a self-storage business, the building is comprised of rugged, high-end steel components, and it stands an expansive 25’x130’x8.5’ in size. Rugged, sustainable and easy to maintain, the metal mini storage building features (29) rentable storage units throughout, which the owner rents on a monthly basis in exchange for a fee.
Distributed among those (29) storage units are (29) framed openings, and these include (5) 4’x7’ framed openings enclosing (5) 4’x7’ mini storage doors and (24) 9’x7’ framed openings, each enclosing one of (24) 9’x7’ mini storage doors. Other key features and customizations include a 115-mph wind load and a 20-pound snow load, both of which enhance durability given the climate characteristics of New England while helping the building maintain compliance with local building codes.
