These CSW-brand steel mini storage buildings were supplied by Regency Steel Buildings and erected in Ona, West Virginia. Ona is a small, unincorporated community located about halfway between Barboursville, WV and Milton, WV. It is about seven miles from Pea Ridge, WV and 15 miles from West Hamlin, WV.
The mini storage complex has three tan steel buildings featuring Galvalume roofs with R-8 roof insulation. There is a total of (39) 9’x 7’ Janus roll-up doors with upgraded stainless steel latches. The first building was 50’ x 90’ x 8.5’ with a gable roof. The second building is a 10’ x 90’ x 8.5’ with a single slope roof and the third is a 20’ x 60’ x 8.5’ also with a gable roof.
Regency Steel Buildings was recommended to the consumer by its West Virginia-based erector, who also erected a number of other Regency Steel Buildings structures in the state.
