Each storage unit has one of (20) painted 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors offering individualized access inside, and the mini storage building also contains heavy-duty 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes, which function as dividers between storage units.

Other building customizations include gutters and downspouts, which help prevent rainwater or snow from pooling atop the building, and DripX condensation control pre-applied to the roof, which further helps prevent condensation and water damage. The steel mini storage building also features a 23.1-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind load in line with the building codes in place in the Ordway area.
