Delivered in December of 2022, the identical, 30’x140’x8.5’ buildings contain (28) large storage units between them, creating much-needed storage space for residents and business owners in metropolitan Cleveland. Key features include pull-through storage units with doors on each end, upgraded, 24-gauge standing-seam roofs with DripX condensation control pre-applied to their panels and 29-gauge partition panels that separate the storage units inside each building.

Both buildings have ample street appeal thanks to Polar White exterior walls and Gallery Blue architectural trim, and each storage unit has two of (56) 9’x7’ Royal Blue mini storage doors offering its renter convenient drive-through access. Ideal for renters with traditional storage needs, each building also features a 115-mph wind rating and a 14-psf roof snow load.
