Pair of Self-Storage Buildings Supplied in Blanchard, Oklahoma

Regency Steel Buildings manufactured and supplied this pair of metal mini storage buildings for a repeat customer in Blanchard, Oklahoma, in April 2022.

The buildings and the (74) storage units they contain between them help fill a growing need for self-storage in central Oklahoma. Both buildings feature high-end steel construction and offer superior strength and durability, with the first standing 30’x150’x8.5’ and the second, 30’x200’x8.5’.

Designed to accommodate traditional storage needs for home and business owners, the buildings have heavy-duty steel partitions separating the storage units inside and hardwearing Galvalume roofs with 0.5:12 pitches overhead. Between them, the buildings feature the following mix of storage units.

Building A

Each renter can access his or her storage unit via one of (74) 9’x7’ Model 650 roll-coil doors, and gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control spread across the buildings’ roof panels all guard against condensation.
