Two Mini Storage Building Kits in Pecos, Texas

Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (2) prefabricated mini storage buildings for a customer in Pecos, Texas in 2008.

The first of the (2) buildings stands 24’x108’x8.5’, and the second is 40’x108’x8.5’ in size. Together, they serve as a mini storage facility with (52) rentable storage units. Of those (52) units, Building A is home to (4) 6’x8’ units with 4’x7’ openings and another (20) 10’x12’ units with 9’x7’ openings. Building B contains (8) 5’x8’ units with 3’x7’ openings and (20) 10’x20’ units with 9’x7’ openings. The customer opted to add his own doors to the units, so none were included at the time of construction. Additional features of the Texas mini storage building include gutters and downspouts, base clips, foundation anchors and Texas design drawings.

The largest city in Reeves County in west Texas, Pecos sits about 50.5 miles outside the City of Kermit and 40 miles from the City of Monahans.
