Regency Steel Buildings supplied this metal mini storage building in Peridot, Arizona in June, 2013. Located about 110 miles from Tucson and Phoenix, Peridot is in Gila and Graham Counties in central Arizona.
The buildings finished size is 20’x100’x8.5’ and it has twenty-two doors. Of the doors, eighteen of them are 9’x7’ and the remaining four are 4’x7’. The roof has a 0.5:12 pitch and features gutters and downspouts. In addition, there is a roof vapor barrier installed. The wind load for this mini self-storage building is 90 MPH and the snow load is 45 GSL.
